Age
Must be under 45 years old at the time of application.
Leadership Position
Must currently serve as President, CEO, Chairperson of the Board, Managing Director, Managing Partner, or hold an equivalent top-level title with operational control.
Company Workforce
The company must either:
Have 50 full-time employees, or
Have at least 15 full-time employees combined with a minimum of $2.5 million USD in annual employee compensation.
Organization’s Financial Scale (based on company type)
Sales, Services, or Manufacturing companies: at least $15 million USD in annual revenue.
Agencies: at least $12 million USD in annual fees/commissions.
Financial Institutions: at least $300 million USD in assets under management.
Alternatively, companies may meet the threshold via an Enterprise Value of at least $25 million USD.

The process begins with an online application, where prospective members share details about their role, company structure, and financial scale. YPO then carefully reviews this information and may request supporting documentation such as corporate filings or financial statements. This verification step ensures that every applicant truly meets the criteria for age, leadership position, and company size, preserving the integrity and exclusivity of the YPO community.
